Introduction:
On October 18th, 2016 immigrant students who participated in RYP program went to the field trip in Virginia. The field trip was organized by National Geographic. The purpose was to instruct the participants on the topic of human immigration and how to tell stories by using visual art. As one of those students it was an opportunity to take advantage to enhance my experiences in the journalism industry. I got a chance to talk with experienced writers and editors from National Geographic, and gain experiences of learning stories of other teens from different countries. It wasn't easy to find the best theme that really matched with what I wanted to share with other people.
But after all, I have decided to talk about a field trip of Refugee Youth Project (RYP) students in collaboration with National Geographic at Shenadoah National Park in Virginia. To talk about this field trip was an important thing for me because I was a part of this event and It was a great opportunity for me as an immigrat student to share a superb moment I spent with my fellows teens out of State and the experiences we have gained as a group.

Reflection:
I took all these pictures in Virginia at Shenandoah National Park. I used different levels of IOS and aperture. I didn't use shutter speed because there weren't any subject in motion. I took these picture because I would love to have something memorable for my experiences. for me it was the first time to meet with more than 18 teens from different countries. I used a Canon 5D Camera and the only thing that I have done on my photos is to crop some of them and use light. During this field trip I have learned different stories from different people all over the world and from the this work of photo-essay I have learned the best way to share my story and information in the visual art easily and creatively.
